On our 'Explaining coma to kids'

Coma Detective.
We are aware that some family members
do not return to this world from the coma state. We hope we
have made the text and pictures interactive enough, that your
child will be able to ask the questions that may be troubling
him/her. On the inside cover of the printed version of this
book we will advise parents to also sensitively raise the issues
of death and dying with their children.
It is our big dream to have a fuller
version of this book published and made available in some of
the local South African languages. To achieve this and to make
it free and accessible in hospital and care facilities, we need
R40 000 ($8000). Should you or your company/organisation wish

We are also working on a website
page for teenagers as we know how difficult it is for them to
understand what has happened to their loved ones and how they
need the support and understanding of their friends.
